Brooke Blumenstock, MA, LAC

Brooke is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stockton University. She uses an eclectic approach to ensure that her client's care is being tailored to their particular needs, and strives to create a judgment-free environment where clients can feel open to express themselves. Brooke's specialties include LGBTQ+ issues, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, and depression in children, teens, and adults. Brooke is also certified in ADOS-2 evaluations. When she's not in the office Brooke enjoys picking up new arts and crafts projects and spending time with her cat.

John Hampton

John completed his undergraduate studies at Thomas Edison State University and completed a master’s in science in clinical mental health Counseling through Walden University. John is a certified alcohol & drug counselor and has over twenty years of experience working in the helping profession. John has presented at statewide conferences and conducted virtual presentations educating professionals on the importance of reducing stigma when working with individuals with disorders that are commonly stigmatized. John approaches client problems from a holistic perspective and believes that everybody he encounters is a unique individual. John has a strong spiritual belief system, enjoys traveling, embraces new experiences, and is an avid exercise enthusiast. John believes that education and learning is a lifetime process and is part of the path to self-actualization.

Jennifer Owens, LAC, LCADC, NCC

Jennifer Owens graduated from Wilmington University with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. She specializes in addictions and has worked in the field for sixteen years within inpatient/outpatient rehabilitation centers, state prisons, and the NJ court system. Jennifer is a compassionate professional dedicated to helping women navigate high levels of stress, major life transitions, and an array of mental health disorders. Jennifer is also a registered yoga teacher that takes a holistic approach to wellness, integrating evidence-based therapeutic interventions along with yoga, and meditation to support her clients' healing journeys. Her personalized, integrative methods empower women to regain balance and cultivate emotional well-being. In her free time Jennifer enjoys playing board games with her children, cooking, reading, and binge watching a good show on Netflix.
